The hotel offers an ideal location near palaces and dining.
The shower was poorly designed, making it frustrating to use. Our room felt cramped with barely enough space around the beds, which made moving around challenging. Also, the front desk staff were hard to reach in person, which created some inconvenience during our stay.

The location rocks, with amazing dining options like Chungju Daek Lamb Eun Caldron Pot Rice just a step away. The staff was super helpful, allowing me to leave my bags before check-in. The laundry facilities were a real blessing after a long day of exploration.
Neat beds kept us comfy, and for our toddler, asking for extra pillows was a breeze.

the bathroom was definetly a disaster, shower on the floor, and it had that eerie mold smell wafting in. I expected a proper welcome gift or just any sign of appreciation for being a guest, but got nothing. even the pillow smelled horrible. Just a fitting option for a weekend excursion in Seoul with outstanding value. The air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay, keeping the room comfortable. Pack extra toiletries just in case. they don’t restock those during your stay.

Great Location with Friendly Staff
I loved the ideal location near the palaces and plenty of dining options for late-night cravings. The staff was genuinely helpful, with one even taking time to assist me in ordering food. However, the bathroom situation could use some improvement, as it was less than ideal with moisture issues.

the garden has a fantastic location, super close to an airport bus stop to icn. it was nice to have convenient laundry facilities, and our room was comfy with a private washroom. walking distance to hanok villages and eateries made it even better!
